Q: Can you resize this ring?
A: Most rings are easily resized two sizes up or down. Presently, we do not offer this service.
We suggest you take it to your local jeweller. We offer a 10 day returns policy if you are unable to get it re-sized. For returns policy details, please see product listing.
Q: How do I check my ring size?

Q: What is your returns policy?
A: Please refer to item description for specific details. For most items we offer a 10 day returns policy. We normally refund item sale price less a restocking fee. We don't refund the original postage. However, if the item is faulty, we will replace or repair it at our descretion. Please refer to the listing for specific details or contact us if you require further information.
Q: Are your items solid gold or gold plated?
A: All the gold items we sell are solid gold & not plated. We don’t sell any gold plated items at the moment.
Q: Are your diamonds/gemstones genuine?
A: We only sell genuine diamonds and genuine gemstones.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Goods are normally dispatched same day as payment clears. Shipping within Australia normally takes 3-5 days after payment clears. Shipping outside Australia normally takes 2-3 weeks.
Q: Who do you ship with?
A: We normally always ship with Australia Post. We have found them to be very reliable and fast.
Q; My product is valuable, do you provide insurance?
A: For most of our products insurance is included in the postage price quoted. When we provide insurance, we insure for sale price and shipping price. Please check listings for specific details as some product listings differ.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept the following; bank deposit (we bank at Westpac), Paypal, money order and cheque. We only accept Paypal for customers outside of Australia..
